Garbage customer service . Spent a serious amount of money in the store and a couple of years later returned to the store with their own original authentic jewellery and certificates only to be told that there is no resale value for their own items . The purpose of my visit was to upgrade my jewellery items and spend more money . The senior sales person who Was also a store manager seemed to be professional at first and provided good options but since they were not willing to trade their jewellry for the upgrade I decided to walk away from the purchase for the time being. In frustration he sends me a msg “ You cant go around shopping with a budget for such premium items“ . Coming from a guy that may never have purchased a single high value item all his life telling a returning customer that they cannot have a “budget”. What looney land do they hire such staff? Who shops blindly without a budget? And who is willing to give a blank cheque to a mr. Nobody from TAIF jewellers in some Markaz ? I found their attitude extremely distasteful and out of place . I regret having purchased diamonds from them knowing that a few days later they can disrespect a returning customer. I have shopped at Cartier , chopard, Bvlgari, Tiffany’s across the world to name a few places and I’ve never had a complaint with the world renowned designer jewellers and never been told that I can’t have a “budget” LOL! What a joke this place is !!! If you are like me , a returning customer who expects courtesy in exchange for your business.... then I DO NOT RECOMMEND going here!!! And if you make the mistake of shopping here , do not expect to get good long term service from this place !!!
